Scam ripped off

on 6/9/19 i ordered the free sample offer. didn't receive the product until 6/19/19 on 6/26/19 they took $89.95out of my check account. it took 10 days to receive the product. had the product for 6days then they charged me for it. they said the 15day trial started the day it was shipped to me not the day i received the product. thats wrong i had 6 days to make a decision on an anti aging product. that seems ridiculous. i called the support phone number they said because I filed a dispute with my bank i could not return the product and yes they are charging me for the product weather i send it back or not. they started the 15 day time period when they shipped it.it took 10 days to get it. instead of starting the 15 day trial period the day i received it.i have a tracking record. this is wrong. they said no supervisor to talk to .they wont take back the product. i am mad and feel like this is a scam. i want my money back. then the paper work that was shipped to me said they will not take back open product. how are you supposed to trial sample something with out opening it. makes ni since to me. so really no 15day free trial right. i want my money back and i am wanting to send back the product. didnt see a difference in 6 days sorry. RIPPED OFF

Rude and Awful, both representatives. Order not completed either online or via 2 attempts @ phone calls.

I tried to order the sample and/or full product via your website. After I tried several times to use both my Credit Card and my Debit Card (both in excellent standing when I tried to compete the order, it kept coming back with the message "customer is blacklisted". I then tried to call, twice. With agent online she could see the card info as I entered it and that I had tried earlier to order. First call, agent told me it was a bad connection and he abruptly hung up on me before I could try and trouble shoot with him. Second call was even worse. The woman kept talking "over me" and I kindly asked her to help me place the order. She said she could not do it over the phone. I was in the middle of a very short sentence to try and trouble shoot the problem and she very abruptly hung up on me. She should not be answering phones. As I consultant myself, I used to teach employees of successful businesses, customer service skills. This was by far the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Still no product or sample. They charge me out of my bank account over 170.00 without authorization!! Now my electrice is due for dissconnection and this withdrawal has made it impossible for me to pay my damn electric.!!! Thank you very much. Damn it!!

Company posting charges to credit card after shipment of a free trial product.

The customer service rep from this company in dealing with me when I called to ask why they keep charging my account for the products. The product sent was supposedly free and I did not authorize or sign any agreement for additional product nor did they say that I needed to cancel any agreement. They were so rude on the phone and they HUNG UP ON ME when I tried to explain my situation. RUN when they call you or you see any free product from thisi company SCIDERM Q Sad
